A CHRISTMAS CAROL

Music by Michel Legrand, book and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick; First presented 30 October, 1981.

Charles Dickens' immortal tale of big hearts and small minds, family loyalty, remorse and second chances, has often been told, but perhaps never so touchingly as in this collaboration of the world-renowned Academy Award-winning composer with one of the theatre's most celebrated Tony Award and Pulitzer-prize-winning librettists, who together illuminate the classic story with their own individual talents for the theatre. Songs include "Spirit Of Christmas", "My Two Feet Polka", "One Family" and "Let There Be Time".
